The Agenda is on the notice board in the club. Anybody wishing to add an item for discussion either add it directly on the list or add it here by posting a comment if you can’t make it into the club.

Ian do you have an agenda for the meeting. We might want to add some topics in the meantime, if that’s possible?
Yes there is a provisional agenda and its currently posted on the noticeboard in the club. If any person wishes to add an item to the agenda that they wish to discuss, they need to let me know no later than Tuesday 2nd Feb.
Election of Chairman – I have recently put on the noticeboard in the club an election sheet for any society member who would like to take on the roll of Chairman to put their name down for election. If more than one name is submitted, then voting will take place at the AGM.
Gents, those of you who are looking to pay 2010 subscriptions at the AGM will cost you £72.00 full year. You can of course pay monthly, 3 monthly and six monthly as well but you MUST always be up to date to enable entry into any competition. I will also bring some Standing Order forms should any member choose to pay this way, you will also be able to pay direct into TGCGS account via Paypal.
